Michelle Goldberg Green, MD, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist who practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Green has a particular passion for medical dermatology.  She is known for her compassionate, thoughtful, and comprehensive care.  She values getting to know patients and enjoys following patients for many years.  With her unique training and experience, she enjoys providing patient-focused dermatologic care.

Dr. Green graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa.  She then earned her medical degree from New York University School of Medicine, completed her internship in Internal Medicine at New York University Medical Center, and then completed her dermatology residency at Weill Cornell Medical Center in New York City. During her training, she worked at New York Presbyterian Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. 

 

Prior to joining Skinfocused, Dr. Green practiced for 10 years at a boutique Manhattan dermatology practice, with a focus on caring for patients with a history of melanoma and other types of skin cancer, as well as general dermatology.

Dr. Green is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Dermatology at New York Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where she has an active role in teaching dermatology residents.  She has extensive research experience both at the National Institutes of Health and New York University Medical Center Department of Dermatology and has published several articles in peer-reviewed journals. 

 

Dr. Green participates in several insurance plans, including most Medicare, Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield, and Aetna plans.  She is looking forward to welcoming new patients to the Skinfocused office.
